The recipe features Asiago, an aged, sweet, nutty cheese that’s perfect for snacking or shredding into your favorite recipe. This simple pasta salad is perfect for a quick side dish or lunch entrée.

BelGioioso Asiago Pasta Salad
Serves: 4-6

Ingredients:

1 lb. rotini pasta
8 oz. BelGioioso Asiago Cheese, cubed
1/2 cup Kalamata or black olives
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup Vidalia onions, chopped
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh oregano leaves, chopped

Cook pasta according to package directions, then allow to cool. In a large bowl, combine pasta and remaining ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste, then serve.
