Eggnog Café Au Lait
Serves: 6-8 | Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
1 pot Joe’s Market Holiday Blend Coffee (available only in select Ukrop’s)
½ gallon eggnog
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg
Cinnamon sticks or cookies, for garnish

Place ¼ cup eggnog, heavy whipping cream, cinnamon and nutmeg in a medium bowl. Using an electric mixer, whip ingredients until whipped cream is thick and peaks formed with a spoon remain in whipped cream.  Fill coffee cups about 2/3 full with coffee. Add eggnog, leaving room at the top of each cup. Top with whipped cream. Garnish with cinnamon sticks or cookies.
